The Boulder and Chicago routers are Cisco model 2504's, and the Dallas and Atlanta routers are Cisco model 2503's.  All routers (except for the direct connection from Chicago1 to Chicago2) are connected via IETF Frame Relay using ANSI LMI on a Cisco 4700.

Consider a PVC from BOULDER s1 to DALLAS s0:
